Hotel Scam Warning
We are aware of companies pretending to be the “official” 2023 Master Brewers Conference housing company, offering special non-refundable rates at conference hotels, and requesting credit card information. There is NO “official” housing company for 2023 Master Brewers Conference; therefore, NO company is authorized to solicit directly by telephone for hotel bookings or special discounts. We encourage attendees to book their room directly via the link above to receive the conference’s special group rate.
Health & Safety
Master Brewers is working with the venue to promote a healthy, safe, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. To promote the health and safety of all participants, Master Brewers encourages attendees to get a flu shot and get
up to date with the COVID-19 vaccine/boosters prior to the meeting. Master Brewers also:
Encourages attendees to respect individual decisions about masking.
Encourages registrants to stay home if you feel ill or have been in close contact with someone who is ill.
Will enable attendees to indicate their personal interaction preferences during the meeting.
Will have masks for attendees who request one.
Will work with the venue to promote ventilation and host social events outdoors when possible.
Will take steps to ensure that the hotel follows cleaning and disinfection standards and makes hand sanitizer readily available.
Will monitor CDC guidance and the recommendations and requirements of the host state, county, and city to adjust these protocols as needed.
Attendees From Outside the United States
If you need to apply for a temporary non-immigrant visa to attend 2023 Master Brewers Conference, you are advised to apply for your visa as soon as possible and no later than 3 months in advance. You will receive an invitation letter after your registration is complete, which may be submitted with your visa application to verify the name, dates, location, and purpose of 2023 Master Brewers Conference. All applicants must be able to qualify for a visa on their own merits. Master Brewers cannot intervene with embassies in other countries on behalf of any meeting participants.
