Abstract
As of today, there are more brewers and more breweries than ever before in the history of the mankind, and tomorrow there will be more. Perhaps at some point in the future, this trend will reverse, but I think it is more likely that we will have to build breweries on other planets than that we will see an actual decrease in the numbers of today. But perhaps I exaggerate. The Technical Quarterly continues its look at the modern brewing industry with an interview with Mitch Steele, former brewmaster for Stone Brewing in Escondido, California, and now brewmaster and cofounder of New Realm Brewing in Atlanta, Georgia.
