Abstract
Brewery hoses are regularly used for the transfer of product
from one brewing process to another but can impose serious safety concerns when
not used properly. To minimize injuries to brewers and protect brewing
equipment, the following are crucial: evaluation before purchasing brewery
transfer hoses using the priority setting, “STAMPED”, storage, transportation,
inspections, and use.
