Abstract
If there's anything two years of living with the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us, it’s that focusing on how you’re going to package your beer is as important as how you brew it. If you’ve been considering canning your own beer, there are some things you should know about the process and about the equipment you choose to help you do it. Focusing on how you package your product is essential to ensure you get the best beer possible into the hands of your customers who love it. In this panel discussion, the team from Pneumatic Scale Angelus shares the expertise they’ve gained through a long history of canning technology, and most recently, from the best practices they’ve witnessed through the relationships they’ve built with the brewers they serve.
