About our speaker: Matt LaCava
Matt from Thonhauser USA will be presenting the use of color verification technology in brewery CIP systems, as a real time determiner of surface cleanliness. Most breweries will depend on ATP and/or Micro plating ----- the problem is, ATP is a small surface swab that isn't always reliable and micro-plating can take anywhere from 3-7 days before a result is determined. The use of color chemistry, in conjunction with certified caustic, can prove full surface cleanliness with real time results.
