Brewing with Trophy and Larker

Abstract
Brewing tests conducted with Trophy and Larker since their inception are examined. Questionnaires sent to a number of breweries (33 out of 38 relied) covered all commercial brewing with either the 1961 or 1962 crop of Trophy and Larker, and results show that these improved malting barley varieties are satis- factory from the brewing standpoint.
