Plant Studies on Centrifugation of Wort and Beer

Abstract
Centrifugation experiments were carried out on cold wort using the DeLaval BRPX-213 automatic desludging centrifuge. Since a desired degree of wort clarity and removal of insoluble (filterable) solids could not be obtained, it was concluded that this equipment was unsatisfactory for the clarification of cold wort.
