Abstract
Description of an investigation of the wet milling process undertaken at Canadian Breweries Research Laboratories in Toronto. Part I is devoted to an examination of the effect of grinding variables on the product obtained ; Part II�a study of how the various milling conditions affected the yield of extract; Part III�a study of the effect of wet milling on the run-off times in the lautering vessel.
