Abstract
Description and operation of a bulk paste pasteurizing system-defined as a series of standard components integrated to form a system guaranteed to pasteurize fully carbonated beer and at the same time insure that the fully carbonated condition is maintained irre- spective of any internal or external variations which might occur during operation.
