Abstract
Techniques and equipment used in various aspects of the malting process are described as they occur in breweries in a number of foreign countries as well as the U. S. General c0nclusion: science and engineering are bringing new developments so rapidly that, considering the prospect of quick obsolescence, construction of new plants, especially of new design, must proceed with caution.
