Paper presents an overview of brewing techniques and equipment in use in Europe. Discussion includes. a comparison of brewing productivity between U.S. and the European Common Market, developments in continuous brewing, beer concentrates, predictability of shelf life, malting techniques, hop concentrates, and bottle design.
