Aseptic filling of beer - Observations on the use of disinfectants

Abstract
One technological development is the sterile-filtration of beer before it is filled into containers. Discussion covers observations on the use of disinfectants in brewing. The report relates plant experiences as well as laboratory investigations of such matters as the relationship between the extent of contamination of a surface and the degree to which a liquid can remove bacteria from such a surface.
