Refractometric gravity control in the brewhouse

Abstract
Statement of the possible benefits to be derived from the use of the Inline Refractometer in the brewhouse. The imaginative application of this instrument by forward-thinking brewers can result in greater yields and in greatly improved uniformity in the stability and character of the finished beer.
