Processing conditions affecting the efficiency of Millipore filter systems

Abstract
The biological stabilization of beer by Millipore membrane filtration has proved to be a practical alternate to pasteurization. When properly applied, this "cold" method offers advantages in terms of both quality and economy. Excellent throughputs have been achieved by breweries following sound brewing practices and using their laboratories to point out areas of potential danger. The key to success is good housekeeping.
