The barley and the malt industry in Mexico

Abstract
A study of the Mexican malting industry including the beginnings and growth of that industry with production statistics is presented. Discussion is given to the chronological relation of the principal work done in respect to barley cultivation, adaption, and improvement of the varieties of malting barleys in Mexico.
