Making line efficiencies more meaningful.

Abstract
At Adolph Coors Company, as at all other Breweries, line efficiencies are a major tool for evaluating a Packaging Department's performance. With the proper adjustments, these numbers will provide critical information for many areas. However, involving the supervisor and line employees through participative management is essential if any line efficiency measurement system is to succeed in honestly reflecting actual performance.
