Abstract
This paper provides instructions on how to calculate a brewerys
greenhouse gas emissions using the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Initiative
developed by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and
World Resources Institute. A walkthrough of the calculations is detailed
for two hypothetical breweries: a microbrewery producing 10,000 bbl of
beer annually and a regional brewery producing 1,000,000 bbl of beer
annually. The emission sources for the sample breweries include direct
fuel use, purchased electricity, fermentation, purchased carbon dioxide,
transportation, and waste disposal.

Sntesis
Council for Sustainable Development y World Resources Institute.
cervecera regional produciendo 1.000.000 bbl.
