The Brewery Safety Committee

The mission of the Master Brewers Brewery Safety Committee is to promote safe brewing ​practices by providing resources and education to brewers to help them create a safe and healthy work environment for all brewery employees.

Our goal is to provide brewery-specific health and safety technical program guidance and references to help employees easily understand regulatory and industry standards and practices.
