2024-2025 Schedule​​​​​​

The Brewers Book Club meets the second Wednesday of each month from 1:00 ​- 2:00 pm Central Time. 

Book 1: October 2024 - January​ 2025

We're reading Volume 3 of Karl Ockert's new series, The Craft Brewer's Guide to Best Practices with a focus on chapters 1-4, which cover dry hopping, sours, and funky beer production. Karl will facilitate our monthly book club discussions.​​

Read each chapter in advance and bring your thoughts and questions! 

Please note, attenda​nce at previous Book Club ​sessions is not required to participate in the ongoing discussion.
