You'll also build a spreadsheet tool that integrates these formulas and learn to apply them to various brewing processes.

James Moriarty is a 19-year seasoned professional within the brewing industry with extensive experience on both the supplier side and as a former owner/operator of a brewery. Since 2015, James Moriarty has worked on the supplier side, collaborating with breweries to provide high-quality equipment and services that elevate brewing processes. Passionate about craftsmanship, sustainability, and the continued growth of the brewing industry, James Moriarty is committed to sharing their knowledge and supporting the next generation of brewers.

Weston Barkley has 12 years of experience in brewing operations, with 9 years in fixed operations prior. He is Head Outpost Brewer at BrewDog Las Vegas, where he enjoys brewing obscure beer styles (such as Roggenbier, Sticke Altbier, and Weizenbock) along with more familiar styles. Some of his favorite things include attempting to make food his children will eat, learning from his mistakes, and finding humor in all situations. In a world of hop heads, he enjoys being a malt maniac.
