The new Skalar robotic analyzer automates common brewery quality control tests from small to large batches. The analyzer follows all approved ASBC/EBC methodology, with less reagent and sample usage. The unit is designed for mid- and micro-scale breweries with low to mid-level sample loads. Results and statistical sample correlation will be presented for IBU, pH, FAN and color analysis. Time, labor and reagent costs are all reduced while running the exact same ASBC/EBC method(s) currently run manually.
