Abstract
I am very pleased to present an interview with Dr. Ludwig Narziss of Weihenstephan and the Technical University of Munich. There are very few brewers and professors of his caliber in the world, but having met him a few years ago at the ASBC/MBAA Brewing Summit in Chicago, I am delighted to report that he is truly one of us at heart and loves nothing more than to sit down with a pint of beer and chat about brewing. In this interview, he shares a bit of his history in brewing and some interesting technical information on his favorite beers.
