Abstract
In collaboration with Brewers Association (BA) staff, the BA’s Sustainability Subcommittee built a Benchmarking Tool in 2014. The functionality and usability of this tool have been improved significantly over the past couple of years. With this tool, brewers are able to track their utility usage and cost per barrel packaged and to compare themselves with other breweries of a similar size. In this article, you will learn the value of benchmarking and how to use this tool.
