Abstract
This Czech pilsner is refreshing, hoppy, and balanced. It is a brewer’s favorite at the White Labs Brewing Co., which is primarily an R&D brewery that trials new strains, gathers information on strains at different temperatures, and looks at fermentation effects of different brewing techniques.
